Nerja - Out of Town Beaches
Nerja is the place where you will find out of town beaches and every year a large number of visitors come to Nerja for its beaches. Majority of the beaches in Nerja are well equipped with facilities and once you are in Nerja then you do not need any car to reach the beaches as they are easily accessible.
But if you are interested in visiting out of town beaches then in Nerja the option is open for you. There are number of cliffs which disconnect Nerja from the other towns and ahead of these cliffs there are many small coves and beaches. Most of the beaches are untouched and wild with no facilities for the visitors in comparison to the beaches with in the Nerja town, so while leaving for these out of town beaches you must carry with you snacks, water and any thing else you need.
La Caleta Beach:
La Caleta is a small and lovely bay which is located under the cliffs of Marot won. This cove is not equipped with any kind of facilities for the visitors, so if you plan to visit this beach you must carry with you all the stuff to fulfill your basic needs.
You can reach this beach while crossing the Maro Town and taking the windy street which goes down towards the beach. While going down towards the beach on windy road, you will pass through many fields and green houses. When you reach down at first sharp turn then you need to follow the road which is towards right direction. When you reach near the couple of green houses, again take the right turn and go down to reach La Caleta beach.
Maro Beach:
Maro beach is known to be one of the easiest to reach and comparatively much busier too. This beach is equipped with facilities for the visitors including showers, restaurants and sun beds.
This beach is comparatively bigger than spanish villas Caleta beach and in order to get to this beach you have to cross the Maro town and take the windy street which passes through the green fields and houses down towards the harbor, when you reach at a small square then you have to park your car and continue walking toward the coast to reach at Maro Beach.
Nerja is a good option for beach holidays as you will find variety of beaches here both within the town and out of town.
